Executive coaching with me is a six-month immersive partnership designed to expand leadership capacity, strengthen emotional intelligence, and accelerate personal and professional growth. Over the past seven years, I’ve trained and mentored coaches and organizational leaders across industries including finance, healthcare, technology, insurance, startups, retail, and accounting—guiding them to lead with authenticity, clarity, and purpose.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a trained practitioner of the Core Values Index (CVI), I bring both scientific insight and human understanding to my work. While I value the CVI as a framework for discovering one’s innate strengths, I do not rely solely on assessments. Instead, I combine data-informed awareness with a highly individualized, relational approach—anchored in deep listening, trust, and co-created strategy.
