LOTUS is a year-long, one-on-one coaching engagement designed for senior leaders who are performing well and ready to operate at a different level entirely. Not just skills. How you think, lead, and show up.

The lotus flower grows in murky water and rises to bloom above the surface. That image is intentional. The patterns that have held you back are not obstacles to remove. They are the material you work with. This is identity-level work.

I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the ICF and trained through Accomplishment Coaching. I've spent the last eight years working with senior leaders, executives, and coaches — people who are already performing at a high level and ready to operate at a fundamentally different one.

My work is future-focused. I'm not interested in what happened. I'm interested in what's possible — and in building the identity-level foundation that makes it sustainable.

I'm also a documentary filmmaker, author, and entrepreneur with a multi-company ecosystem built on the same principles I coach: clarity, sovereignty, and a willingness to go after a life that actually inspires you.
